Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization.

  Inspection and Approval

  Our specialists will review your request to ensure the sofa is in its original, pristine condition and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Schedule Professional Pickup

  We will coordinate with our white-glove delivery partners to safely wrap and collect the furniture from your home at a scheduled time that works for you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item returns to our workshop and passes final inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
