For in-stock items, delivery typically occurs within 7-14 business days. Custom-made orders usually require 8-12 weeks for handcrafted production and white-glove delivery to your home.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all our sofas come with a limited lifetime warranty on the internal hardwood frame and spring system, along with a 5-year warranty covering leather integrity and stitching.
How should I maintain and clean my leather sofa?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and applying a professional leather conditioner every 6-12 months. Avoid using harsh chemicals, detergents, or direct sunlight to prevent drying or cracking.
Can I request leather swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary leather swatches through our website to help you choose the perfect color and texture for your living space.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard stock items. Please note that custom-ordered pieces are subject to a restocking fee, and items must be returned in original condition.
